| > After you have reviewed and agreed on the final set of architectural plans, Five Star Builders will provide you with a complete check list outlining every step of the construction process. We also provide you with a Fixed Price Quote for the project that includes allowances for various items such as tile, fixtures, carpet, cabinets and more. Once you agree upon the price, all that is required to start the actual building process is a modest deposit. It is important to note that during the building process you may want to make modifications to the original design. Five Star Builders will work with you to make sure your dream home becomes a reality but please realize that changes will only be made with your approval and only after we have reviewed the cost implications of the changes. To minimize additional costs it is important that changes or modifications are made as early as possible in the building process. |
