your new home. Once a general plan is agreed upon, you will be provided with

detailed estimate of your total costs. In addition we will walk you
through the various phases of the construction process and set realistic
time lines and determine an estimated date for the completion of your new
home.

changes and upgrades during the building process. It's your home and we
want you to be completely satisfied. However, changes and upgrades
generally have some impact on the total cost of your new home. Five Star
Builders will let you know what these costs will be and we will get your
approval before implementing any changes or upgrades.
