> Five Star Builders homes are all about comfortable South Texas living. Our most popular homes feature large open areas, lots of windows for natural lighting and elevated ceiling in most rooms. Our standard building package features: elevated two and three step ceilings throughout your home, all interior walls and ceilings are covered with 1/2" sheetrock, all rooms have rounded finish on all corners and have an orange peel finish. Plus we use 5/8î sheetrock in our garages and water resistance green board in the showers, tubs and other wet areas.

Every room is trimmed out with 3 1/2" base trim and 2 1/2" trim around the doors and windows. Our homes also feature cultured marble windowsills that are water and stain resistant, easy to clean and never need painting.

Every Five Star Builders home features a master bedroom with a master bath that includes a whirlpool tub, custom walk-in shower, walk-in closet, custom built vanity cabinets and custom mirrors.

Our standard kitchen package features: all custom built cabinets with crown molding in your choice of Oak, Ash, or Birch. A Kohler cast iron sink, a generous allowance for appliances, and granite counter tops are standard in every kitchen.
