Unlike many builders in our area that have a "here it is take it or leave it" attitude towards home building, Five Star Builders wants and encourages you to get involved. We want to do whatever we can to make sure your experience working with Five Star Builders is positive every step of the way. We understand that you are making a major financial investment and as such you are very emotionally involved in the building of your new home. That’s why at Five Star Builders we do everything we can to set proper expectations in every step of the planning and building process. We want to make sure there are no unpleasant surprises.
To set proper expectations from the very beginning of the building project Five Star Builders will provide you with a detailed quote on what it will cost to build your home to agreed upon specifications. The home prices we quote also include generous allowances for items such as kitchen appliances, interior and exterior lighting, kitchen and bathroom fixtures and other important items. Any additional items you want or modifications you want to make to your home that are not covered in our quote are considered upgrades. Five Star Builders will work with you to get the specialty items and changes you want at the best possible prices.
