FiveStar 3: This plan is our Model Home located at 4 Beth Page in the SPI Golf And Country Club. This 2100 S.F. plus home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and features a covered entry, spacious living room, separate master bedroom, formal dining area and a breakfast nook. One of the very unique features of this home is its two covered patios. The larger patio is accessed from the master bedroom and the kitchen. There are vaulted ceilings throughout this home.

One of the distinguishing features of a Five Star Builders home is the master bedroom suite. This master bedroom in this home is large with doors leading out to the covered patio.
