This plan is ideal for small to mid-size lots. This plan features 3 bedrooms, two baths, a formal entry, a large family room and a master bedroom suite complete with walk-in closet, separate bath with tub and separate walk-in shower. The kitchen opens into the family and dinning area. The 2 other bedrooms are in the front of the house.
