Your Five Star Builders home comes completely landscaped including the irrigation system. Our standard landscaping package includes: sod, trees, and plants that meet or exceed the CC&Rís of the South Padre Island Golf and Country Club. We also provide a sprinkler system with separate zones for plants, trees and lawn. An optional separate water meter is available for your irrigation system.
Special Note: On every Five Star Builders home we provide the owner with a Builders Disclosure document that gives you a detailed description of all materials used to build your home along with a current detailed description of all allowances.
