> Five Star Builders gives you every opportunity to add the custom finishes you want in your new home. We know that even though we provide excellent quality cabinets, lights and other fixtures, you may have special requirements that go beyond our standard features. Thatís OK; we want your home to be perfect. So to accommodate your special needs, our estimated building costs include generous allowances you can use towards the purchase of your special items. Here is a list of the allowances we provide:

• $2000.00 allowance for Front Door and sidelights.

• Floor cover allowance: $15 per square yard for carpet, $1.40 per square foot for interior tile, $1.00 per square foot for Patio tile and $1.70 per square foot for Bathroom tile.

• Lighting and fan allowance is $1.00 per square foot.

• Kitchen appliances allowance is $1.00 per square foot.

• Exterior finish allowances are: $4.00 per square foot for stucco and $325.00 per thousand bricks.

• Landscaping- $5,500 allowance for sod, trees, plants, sprinkler systems and fill soil.

• Allowances do not include labor.

Special Note: On every Five Star Builders home we provide the owner with a Builders Disclosure document that gives you a detailed description of all materials used to build your home along with a current detailed description of all allowances.
