1. After the foundation has been laid and your home has been framed we will do a walk through with you to finalize the location of lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, phone jacks and cabling. This is a very important walk through because after the wiring and cabling is completed the next step is sheet rocking and texturing. Changes in wiring and cabling after this point in the construction process are costly.
2. The second major walk through is after the sheet rocking and texturing is completed and windows have been installed. At this point we’re ready to install all the cabintry you have selected along with all the fixturing. Plus the first few coats of paint should be completed.
3. Once the cabinets and fixtures are installed, the painting is completed and the flooring installed, it’s time for you and Five Star Builders to do one more quality check to insure that your home is everything you want it to be. We will work with you to identify areas of concern and to correct anything that might not be up to your standards.
4. The final step is your last walk through and sign off on the home. Once again, we want to make sure that everything agreed upon is completed to your satisfaction. Once this final walk through and sign off is completed, we will proceed to the closing of escrow and a final move in date will be established.
